Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti graphics cards released

The power consumption of RTX 40 graphics cards will be lower than it was in a previous generation
Therefore, it is expected that the temperature will be similar to the RTX3060ti, so the cooling of the 3060TI may be appropriate and sufficient for the 4060TI, so we will not see giant cooling clouds.

But an RTX 3060 graphics card (normal=non-TI ) uses a new board called PG173.
